I will not collect email addresses of correspondants without express permission.  Correspondents nevertheless accept that data, photographs or email addresses are sent to me at their own risk.

I have no issue with my photographs being shared or reproduced privately as visitors to my website see fit.  I would of course be grateful if you could just let me know if you do this and obviously I woudl prefer it if any photos used in this way are credited to this website.

If anybody wishes to use any photographs or other material from the website in any commercial capacity, I reserve the right to withdraw this permission at my sole discretion.
